


I’m Bradley Watts, an athlete development coach with 15 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry.
My background in sport started early, playing county cricket and being part of England’s Indoor School of Excellence. After injury cut short my own sporting ambitions, I developed a passion for helping other athletes move better, become stronger and build the physical qualities needed to perform.
Over my career, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from everyday fitness transformations to professional athletes, footballers and figure skaters. My coaching focuses on movement quality, strength, power, stability and long-term athletic development.
Today, my work is centred around helping young athletes and figure skaters build strong foundations that support their technical training and help them progress with confidence.
